This is a proposal to transfer a grant of $20 (twenty dollars) to the Spirit Center Fund. The purpose of the Spirit Center Fund is to provide funding to establish a community center. This amount was originally in a fund designated by the Chesapeake Pagan Community’s Board of Trustees for community center donations. Contributions to this fund were intended by the Board and donors to be reserved specifically to finance a community center serving the Neo-Pagan community. The amount of the grant was the balance of contributions collected specifically for this purpose.
The Spirit Center Fund is not seeking a grant of any funds other than those CPC received from donors specifically for this purpose. Other grants from CPC are not desired, whether or not CPC dissolves.
Although the amount of this grant is not significant, we consider it a small seed of a small start toward a large dream. To see how this money will be used by the Spirit Center Fund, see the organization’s organizing document.
