Spell or Chant Against Anxiety

Try chanting "Namo Kuan Shi Yin Pusa" also written in English as "Namo Guanshiyin Pusa." Guanshiyin means One who "Hears (Observes) the Cries of the World." "Guanshiyin" is also known as "Kuan Yin," "Guan Yin," "Quan Yin," and "Kwan Yin." She is the bodhisattva of compassion and is commonly known in English as the "Goddess of Mercy."

Loosely translated this means:

"I take refuge in the One who Cares for the Cries in the World."
"Salutations to the most compassionate and merciful bodhisattva Guan Yin."
"Homage to Kwan Yin, the Compassionate bodhisattva."
