Cosmopolitan Magic Beverages

Some things I add just for fun: These are two beverages for people over age 21. The classic Cosmopolitan is served in a large cocktail glass, aka a martini glass, but it is not a type of martini. Neither are these variations of the Cosmopolitan.

Spirit Cosmopolitan

This ghostly white cocktail is a "Spirit Cosmopolitan" or "Ghost-mopolitan"

Ingredients:

Garnish the rim: orange, black, and green sprinkles and light corn syrup
Final Garnish: marshmallow ghost peep inserted onto a stick

Preparation:

First mix together orange, black, and green sprinkles. Brush rim of martini glass with light corn syrup and dip into sprimkle to make the rim festive. Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and double strain into large cocktail glass. Garnish with the marshmallow ghost peep. Makes one serving

Served: Straight up; without ice.
