Italian salt water purfication
To purify, the servo takes a new pot [pentola nuova] and adds salt [sale]. The Bendetto repeats these words,
"Dice il Signore: Rendo sane queste acque; da esse non si diffonderanno pił morte e sterilitą." (I give these healthy
waters, they do not spread more death and sterility.)
