Oil to make the body shine

To make an all purpose body oil to beautify sun-dried skin, mix half sesame seed oil (Sesamum indicum) and half peanut oil (Arachis hypogaea). This mixture can also be used to massage aching muscles and ease stress related symptoms--particularly when rubbed into feet and limbs, body, face, and/or neck.

To bless this all purpose body oil, recite Psalm 23 and Psalm 104:15: "And wine maketh glad the heart of man, oil to make face to shine, and bread strengtheneth man's heart."

Sesame seed oil is ancient oil, as sesame was one of the first crops processed for oil. It has been used for scalp massage and to beautify hair. Peanut oil is an earthy oil used in rural remedies. While he was at the Tuskegee Institute, George Washington Carver treated his friends to massages with peanut oil.

Naturally those allergic to peanuts, nuts, or or nut oils, should not rub peanut oil into their skin. Allergy to peanuts is one of the most common allergies. In rare cases, it can lead to anaphylactic shock which can be fatal. Likewise, people allergic to sesame seeds should be cautious about rubbing their bodies with sesame seed oil.
