To make the scrub, she will mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar with 1/4 cup sweet almond oil. She will gently scrub this mixture over clean wet skin on her hands, arms, shoulders, and face. After which, she will throroughly rinse by pouring water over herself while standing nude in her tub or shower. (Ideally, running water from the shower works best to rinse off all of old skin cells and sugary residue.) Sugar is not as drying on the skin as salt.
